Insert Image in PEOPLE application like in ITEMMASTER | IBM Maximo

1.    Create a Relationship on PERSON Object to IMGLIB

(REFOBJECT = 'PERSON' AND REFOBJECTID = :PERSONUID)

2.    Drag/Drop a Record Image control in Application Designer

3.    Click Add/modify Signature Options by using Select Action to create 2 New Signature Options

Click NEW ROW button then type (Option: ITEMIMAGE, Description: Add/Modify Image) 
Click once again to create another signature option, type (Option: SHOWDELETE, Description: Show Delete Button) 
4.    Click Add/Modify Select Action menu by Select Action to create Action 
5.    Hit NEW ROW button and type/select as below;
a.    Element Type: OPTION    (image option will be available as option)
b.    Key Value: ITEMIMAGE (newly created signature option name in step 2)
c.    Tabs: ALL or Main ( as required)

6.    Grant both (ITEMIMAGE, SHOWDELETE) newly created Signature options in Desired Security Group



And you are done!
