Increase list of display applications in "My Recent Applications" - IBM Maximo

Increase list of display applications in "My Recent Applications"
Navigation: Goto> System Configuration> Platform Configuration> System properties

"webclient.maxRecentApps".

Default value is 8.
Increase/decrease the value and save the record. Click on the 'Live Refresh' and click Ok.

The property will now be updated.

If you want to disable this option. Set value to 0 and save the record. Click on the 'Live Refresh' and click Ok.

    Do you know when the list is refreshed or erased ? For how long recent applications are stored ?

    This is stored in browser local storage. It is referenced internally by Maximo login so each user on a shared machine will get their own list. To clear it (the entire list) clear the browser cache.
