Add New Vendor/Company in Maximo - IBM Maximo

First we go to Company Master Application to create/Add a new vendor record in Maximo, then Click Action > Add Company Master to Organization.

Navigation Path: Goto > Purchasing > Company Master

 We can not solely create/insert new vendor or company directly in Companies application.

Note: An error is going to occur if we try to insert directly in Company application.

BMXAA0311E – Companies for this organization must be added through the Company Master application

Because, Company master is Master records, where we associate companies/vendors to our organization or organizations if multiple.

so we first have to Insert record in Company Master, then Add company to Organization. and that's it. New company is available in Company application too.
